Corporate

Terpins Araujo’s practice embraces all corporate types, notably joint stock companies (private and publicity held companies) and limited liability companies, as well as associations and foundations. The office performs with broad experience in corporate issues, corporate governance, elaboration of corporate documents, participation in general assemblies and shareholders’ reunion. Terpins Araujo also performs on preparing and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, subscription contracts and any other accessory agreement needed to regulate the corporate relationships.
